With more than 20 years of experience across Mexico, the Caribbean, the United
States, and Europe, Elena has led the development, opening, repositioning, and
optimization of luxury spas, wellness resorts, beauty concepts, and transformative
hospitality experiences for internationally recognized brands and independent
luxury developments.
Originally from Russia, Elena’s connection to wellness began early through
hands-on experience in the spa and beauty industry. Before expanding into
international hospitality and wellness consulting, she owned and operated her
own spa and beauty salon in her home country, while also advising the opening
and development of beauty, wellness, and health-related businesses.
